I was born in Slovakia to Hungarian parents and ventured out from my homeland at age of 16, settling in Ireland, where I've made my home ever since.

 

My fascination with photography happened early, but it wasn't until my mid-20s that I started being serious about photography, and from that moment, I became immersed in its world. Self-taught, I delved into photography through a multitude of resources—pouring over books, dedicating hours to tutorials, and exploring the vast repository of knowledge on all online platforms I found. 

 

My lens initially captured anything that intrigued my eye, but over time, my focus gravitated towards wildlife, becoming my primary passion. Alongside this, I've developed an affinity for capturing the beauty of landscapes.

 

My dedication to the craft has yielded recognition. In 2023, I was humbled to secure a place in the top 12 out of more than 7,000 submissions in Eye on Nature, Ireland's largest wildlife photography competition. Before that, in 2021, I was placed in the top 16 of this same competition. 

 

Some of my work has been showcased in newspapers, and I've had the honor of being named Photographer of the Month multiple times within the esteemed European Wildlife Photography group. Along this, it’s always a pleasure to be invited to talk about my work in photography clubs.
